Problem description: Windows Start Does not work - Windows 10 - after updating to version 1709
After updating the Windows 10 version of the 1709 does not offer START. It is right click. On the left mouse button to start responding. If you right click and then immediately left sometimes start menu appears.

Update your video card drivers to the latest version.
- Click the right mouse button to start.
- Select Device Manager.
- In Device Manager, locate your graphics card (if there is more pc).
- Click the right button mouse on the graphics card and choose Update Driver Software.
- Then restart your PC.
This solution is not universal. Causes malfunction of the start menu can be more.
